The 1-1/8 in. Nominal 2-Ear Hose Clamp is a two-ear stainless steel ear (pinch) clamp that creates a permanent, 360° leak-free seal by mechanically deforming the raised ear(s) with a pinch clamp tool. Unlike worm-drive clamps, ear clamps cannot be loosened after crimping — the seal is permanent and vibration-proof. Two ears provide higher clamping force than single-ear designs — specified for thicker hose walls, higher pressure connections, or larger tube ODs.
