Order Processing
Orders are processed and submitted to our fulfillment network within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states:

Carts that combine standard items with bulky or freight items may display more than one rate.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather events, carrier delays, and high-demand periods may affect transit times.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers depending on your location and order size. Oversized or heavy items may ship by LTL freight. Carrier selection is made at the time of fulfillment.
Oversized & Freight Orders
Large or heavy items — such as ductile-iron valves and large-diameter butterfly valves — ship by LTL freight at a flat $199 to the contiguous 48 states. Freight orders of $5,000.00 or more ship free. If an order needs special delivery arrangements, we'll confirm the details with you before it ships.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships, and you can track it directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at orders@apexflowsolutions.com.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Apex Flow Solutions is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of order. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional carrier fees.
