Purchase orders

We accept POs from established businesses and public agencies. Email your PO to sales@apexflowsolutions.com with part numbers, quantities, and ship-to address. We confirm pricing and availability before anything ships — no surprises on the invoice.

Net-30 terms

Qualified businesses and government buyers can apply for Net-30 terms. Send a request from your company email with your business name, billing address, and trade or bank references, and we'll respond within one business day. First orders may ship on card or prepaid while terms are established.

Government & institutional buyers

Municipal water departments, public works, school districts, and state and federal agencies are welcome. W-9 available on request. We quote against published bid lists and small-purchase requirements — send the line items and we'll return formal pricing on letterhead.
