The 1/2 in. Stem x 1/2 in. Hose Barb Plastic Adapter is a plastic push-in (stem-type) hose barb adapter for low-pressure pneumatic control circuits, instrument air lines, and light fluid transfer systems. The push-in collet or barbed stem grips tubing with a single push; a wrench-tight male NPT thread connects to equipment ports. Plastic construction reduces weight and cost versus brass fittings in applications where corrosion resistance of the wetted path is more important than high pressure ratings.
